Three Dimensional Training Ltd, a specialist training provider, has joined GMLPN.
Three Dimensional Training (3DT) are a both a community-driven training organisation focused on supporting individuals furthest from the labour market by building resilience, confidence, and breaking down barriers and an employer led learning specialist. They help learners identify, navigate, and achieve meaningful progression goals through high-impact, inclusive learning and guidance and support employers to initiate change, identify skills gaps, improve support for customers and strengthen leadership and management at all levels.
Their team includes learning and development specialists, trainers, and partners, chosen not only for their expertise, qualifications, and industry experience, but also for their approachable and engaging personalities.
3DT’s community provision is fully funded through ASF contracts, supporting learners across the Liverpool City Region and in non-devolved areas. Specialising in short courses for those who are unemployed or looking to reskill, 3DT is committed to helping individuals overcome significant barriers, including recovery from addiction, mental health challenges, and low confidence or self-esteem.
