Maureen Deary, a highly respected independent governance, leadership, management and quality improvement coach and consultant, serving the HEI and FES education and skills sectors since 1994, joins GMLPN.

Through this membership, Maureen Deary will have the opportunity to share her expertise in governance, leadership, management, quality and curriculum, whilst collaborating with like-minded professionals across the Further Education, Skills, and Higher Education sectors.

Being part of GMLPN will enable Maureen to continue to further expand on her partnerships and work to support the sector. GMLPN will significantly help to contribute to understanding the challenges facing providers and their successes, current sector themes and trends and help her to stay well informed on professional and industry developments. GMLPN’s network and other events will help enhance her support services for apprenticeship and adult learning providers and a wide range of educational institutions.

Maureen expressed her enthusiasm, saying, “I am extremely pleased to join GMLPN as an individual member and I look forward to being an active attendee and contributor to events, webinars, workshops and other calendarised network activities.”

With over 13 years as an Ofsted Further Education and Skills trained further education and schools inspector, along with her role as an Independent Schools Inspectorate as an  inspector for the Private Further Education and Tier 4 international sector, her insights will be invaluable.
