Project Programme Manager | Digital & Educational Projects Specialist
With over 10 years of experience, I have successfully delivered digital and educational projects. Expertise includes team leadership using Agile-style methods.

Key skills and proudest achievements:

Project Delivery:
✅ Community Builder: Developed "Mooki Wellbeing" website, attracting over 100K annual visitors through SEO and campaigns with "Twinkl". Grew a Facebook group into over 14K newsletter subscribers.
✅ End User Focused: Shifted web-site user demographic to reach 700 more low-income families in just 3 months. Campaigns included 6 week dyslexia bootcamp and free product digital downloads.
✅ Accessibility Champion: Created a dyslexia community for parents, gaining insight into supporting individuals with neurodiversities.
✅ Funding Success: Won a £1,000 Trafford Neighbourhood Award to fund free dyslexia classes.
✅ Petitioned Parliament: Set-up campaign lobbying for free dyslexia assessments, gained 5k signatures.

Program Management:
📈 Team Leader: Led the curriculum for multi-disciplinary STEM courses at an FE college, supporting 300+ learners and managing a team of 10+ staff. Using Scrum and Agile style management methods.
📈Data Driven: I tackled low student retention, below 85% at 3 months. By introducing digital learning methods which particularly benefited SEN students. Result, retention rose to 95% and with 98% pass rate.
📈Facilitating Collaboration: Motivated my team to move from working in silos to collaborating on cross-disciplinary projects. Adopting an industry-like approach led to a 20% increase in student achievement.
📈Growth Mindset: The biggest lesson I learned is that collaborative working is most effective when facilitating an environment where ideas can be shared and the team feels their opinions are valued.

Women in Tech:
🤝 Women in Tech Ambassador: Spoke at Reframe Women in Tech event to an audience of 300+ members. Regularly attend Women in Tech meet-ups and Manchester tech community events.
