We are proud to announce that we have joined the Workforce Digital Skills Charter, a major initiative led by FutureDotNow to tackle the essential digital skills gap among working-age adults in the UK.
The Charter unites employers around a shared mission: to close the critical digital skills gap and build a future-fit workforce. With nearly 22 million adults lacking essential digital skills for work, the urgency to act has never been greater. The rise of AI and automation only amplifies the need for strong digital foundations to ensure individuals and businesses can thrive.
By signing the Charter, GMLPN joins a powerful coalition of more than 100 cross-sector organisations, including leading UK businesses such as Accenture, Barclays, Cisco, Lloyds Banking Group, PwC, and Salesforce. Together, we are calling for a ‘Great Digital Catch Up’ to boost economic growth and break down barriers to opportunity for all.
Charlotte Jones, Head of Operations said:
“Joining the Workforce Digital Skills Charter reflects our commitment to empowering people with the skills they need to succeed in a rapidly changing world. Digital capability is no longer optional, it’s essential for growth, innovation, and opportunity. We’re proud to stand alongside other organisations to close the digital skills gap and build a future-ready workforce.”
