Get to know Randstad:

Our mission is to support children and young people to achieve positive outcomes by enhancing academic progress and maximising pupil achievement through tailored programs of support which can include tuition, mentoring, specialist SEND and mental health support.

Randstad has been providing educational support to children and young people across primary, secondary and further & higher education for 30+ years. As a DfE registered and quality assured tuition provider, we specialise in provision of subject specific tuition including English, Maths and Science and non academic intervention which includes mentoring, employability mentoring, enrichment, counselling and alternative provision for pupils from year 1-13.

Working with 145+ local authorities (LA), we support pupils referred for support from LA teams in virtual schools, school improvement, 16+, SENDART, children missing in education and young offenders.

Our operational team of specialist recruiters ensures that we have a compliant pool of qualified Tutors ready to provide support on a 1:1 and group basis, both face-to-face and online across the country. All of our Tutors have access to a wide range of CPD modules to ensure they are ready to support pupils’ pastoral needs and academic goals.
