We are dedicated to advancing the standards, quality and professionalisation of employability practice around the world. Our vision is ‘Employability Professionals Everywhere Are The Best They Can Be’.

We work collaboratively with governments, policymakers, stakeholders, and our community worldwide to enhance the skills and effectiveness of employability professionals, ensuring that these professionals are equipped to build capability and capacity, ultimately helping more individuals access sustainable employment. By doing so, we contribute to bringing significant social and economic value, fostering a more inclusive and prosperous society.
