FDQ Ltd, an Awarding and End-point Assessment Organisation, has joined Greater Manchester Learning Provider Network (GMLPN).

As a food specialist awarding body and end-point assessment organisation, the food and drink industry are at the heart of everything FDQ do. As part of the ftc group, they are a not-for-profit organisation which enables them to focus on doing the right thing and not just driving the bottom line.

Their aim is to provide expert service to training providers, employers and apprentices in everything they offer. As an awarding organisation they provide over 100 food and drink qualifications. As for their End-point Assessments, they currently offer over 10 standards to be chosen from.

Chloe Ramsden, Partnership Manager at GMLPN said:

“We’re delighted to welcome FDQ Ltd to the Network. Their dedication to supporting apprentices and learning providers is evident, and their commitment to exceptional customer care was recognised when they were named Specialist Sector EPAO of the Year in 2022.

By joining GMLPN, FDQ Ltd can gain valuable insights into the opportunities available across the region and how their expertise can add value to the local skills landscape. As a specialist in the food and drink industry, FDQ will benefit from networking with like-minded providers, sharing best practices, and engaging with key stakeholders focused on industry growth.”

Matthew Bell, Head of Business Development at FDQ said:

“Joining a Learner Provider Network is not just an opportunity, it’s a commitment to growth and continuous learning in that area. Together, we can inspire and empower every learner to reach their potential. FDQ are looking forward to embarking on this journey of commitment and collaboration with GMLPN, their members and the Greater Manchester region”
