CareerWave is a leading career guidance organisation established in 2015. The company works with schools, sixth forms, colleges, independent training providers and individuals, building long‑standing and highly trusted partnerships across the education and skills sector. CareerWave holds the Matrix Standard, achieved in November 2025 and due for review in 2028, demonstrating its commitment to high‑quality, impactful career guidance services.
CareerWave is strongly rooted in the values of the wider careers profession. All members of the team belong to the Career Development Institute (CDI) and hold Registered Career Development Professional (RCDP) status — a recognition reserved for practitioners with the appropriate qualifications, ongoing professional development and adherence to the CDI Code of Ethics.
People are at the centre of CareerWave’s work. The organisation’s trained careers professionals deliver the majority of support through 1:1 in‑person personal guidance, while also offering virtual meetings where needed. Although embracing emerging technologies, including AI, CareerWave maintains that these tools should enhance — not replace — meaningful human interaction.
