Functional by Design – Improving learner experience in Functional Skills with TQUK

Since TQUK launched their Functional Skills offer, they’ve had one focus – ensuring learners have all the tools they need to obtain essential literacy and numeracy skills. To achieve that, they have now launched a flexible on-demand exam system, implemented rigorous accessibility checks in question writing, and delivered industry leading Customer Service.

During this session, they’ll take you through how they offer Functional Skills qualifications that work as intended: flexible, accessible, and quality assured.

The Head of Assessment Development will deliver an interactive session demonstrating how exam questions are developed and will be available to answer questions about the accessibility and flexibility of them.

The session is aimed at training providers looking to either start offering Functional Skills or to make their FS delivery flexible and accessible.
