CareerWave is a specialist in Career Guidance, offering services to support ITPs, Schools and Colleges to achieve the Gatsby benchmarks for quality careers education and guidance, helping learners to make informed choices and make an impact on their career employability skills.
CareerWave is very much a ‘boots on the ground’ service and work closely with education and skills providers, supporting staff development to increase skill capacity by delivering appropriate career guidance qualifications at Levels 3, 4 and 6.
CareerWave is an awarding body for the National Quality in Careers Standard, the single national quality award that recognises excellence in careers guidance and careers programmes for learners.
CareerWave are happy to talk with providers about their careers strategy and offer collaborative and creative solutions so that they excel in positively impacting on their learners personal career journey.
