We are delighted to welcome Pink Academy as a new member of the Greater Manchester Learning Provider Network (GMLPN).

Based in Walkden, Greater Manchester, Pink Academy is a specialist training provider delivering high-quality vocational education in Nails, Beauty, Employability, and Functional Skills. The organisation supports both young people and adults aged 16+, including NEET learners, those with SEND and EHCPs, and individuals who benefit from a smaller, more supportive learning environment.

Pink Academy offers a broad and inclusive Adult Skills Fund (ASF) delivery across Greater Manchester. Their provision includes Level 1 and Level 2 programmes in Beauty Therapy and Nail Services, alongside Functional Skills in English and Mathematics, Employability Skills, Alternative Provision, and tailored support for learners with EHCPs and SEND. Delivery takes place at their dedicated training centre in Walkden.

A key strength of Pink Academy’s offer is its clear progression pathways. Learners can access Entry Level through to Level 3 qualifications, enabling them to build vocational skills, confidence and independence. These pathways support progression into employment, self-employment, apprenticeships and further education.

Alongside accredited qualifications, Pink Academy also offers short commercial courses, CPD training and employer-led workshops, ensuring learners gain practical, industry-relevant experience and clear progression routes.

Pink Academy brings extensive experience working with schools, local authorities, alternative provision referrals and funded training partners, delivering high-quality, learner-centred education with strong achievement and progression outcomes.

As part of GMLPN, Pink Academy is committed to supporting the network’s priorities by promoting inclusive, high-quality vocational and technical education. The organisation will contribute through sharing best practice, participating in network events, collaborating with members and supporting employer engagement activities.

Chloe Forrest, Partnership Manager at GMLPN, said: “We are pleased to welcome Pink Academy to the GMLPN network. Their commitment to inclusive, learner-centred provision and strong progression pathways aligns closely with our shared priorities across Greater Manchester. We look forward to working together to support learners and strengthen opportunities across the sector.”
