 r and sector leader.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis online event is a must f
 or anyone who is likely to be a lead nominee\, a shadow nominee or to be i
 nspected soon. The event will develop your confidence by giving you a deta
 iled understanding of how to effectively plan and manage your inspection. 
 By the end of the session you will have a clear focus of what you and your
  colleagues need to do and prepare for inspection and a clear action plan 
 to help you achieve this.\n\nBy the end of the session\, delegates will un
 derstand how the new Toolkit and inspection methodology work\, how they di
 ffer from the EIF\, and how to present and evidence their provision effect
 ively to inspectors. They will be prepared to engage in themed learning wa
 lks covering inclusion\, leadership\, curriculum\, teaching and training\,
  and will understand how to act as\, or support\, a nominee. Delegates wil
 l also develop an action plan to prepare colleagues and learners for inspe
 ction\, identify areas needing improvement\, and agree practical solutions
 .\n\nThe workshop will also have input from a sector leader who has been t
 he nominee on three inspections under the 2026 framework\, all of which re
 ceived ‘strong’ and ‘expected’ grades.\n\nBy the end of the sessio
 n you will be able to:\n\n 	explain how The Further Education and Skills T
 oolkit and inspection methodology works and is different to the EIF.\n 	ex
 plain what makes a good lead nominee and a good shadow nominee.\n 	explain
  and evidence your context and data.\n 	present and evidence your provisio
 n at its best to an inspector.\n 	develop an action plan to ensure you\, y
 our colleagues and learners are prepared for inspection.\n 	identify areas
  that need addressing and solutions to improve them.\n 	know what to say\,
  what not to say and pitfalls to avoid\n\n\n
