 ivered by Marina Gaze\, a highly experienced Ofsted inspector\, improvemen
 t consultant\, college governor\, ITP chair and sector leader.\n\n&nbsp\;\
 n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis online event is a must for anyone who is likely to be a 
 lead nominee\, a shadow nominee or to be inspected soon. The event will de
 velop your confidence by giving you a detailed understanding of how to eff
 ectively plan and manage your inspection. By the end of the session you wi
 ll have a clear focus of what you and your colleagues need to do and prepa
 re for inspection and a clear action plan to help you achieve this.\n\nBy 
 the end of the session\, delegates will understand how the new Toolkit and
  inspection methodology work\, how they differ from the EIF\, and how to p
 resent and evidence their provision effectively to inspectors. They will b
 e prepared to engage in themed learning walks covering inclusion\, leaders
 hip\, curriculum\, teaching and training\, and will understand how to act 
 as\, or support\, a nominee. Delegates will also develop an action plan to
  prepare colleagues and learners for inspection\, identify areas needing i
 mprovement\, and agree practical solutions.\n\nThe workshop will also have
  input from a sector leader who has been the nominee on three inspections 
 under the 2026 framework\, all of which received ‘strong’ and ‘expec
 ted’ grades.\n\nBy the end of the session you will be able to:\n\n 	expl
 ain how The Further Education and Skills Toolkit and inspection methodolog
 y works and is different to the EIF.\n 	explain what makes a good lead nom
 inee and a good shadow nominee.\n 	explain and evidence your context and d
 ata.\n 	present and evidence your provision at its best to an inspector.\n
  	develop an action plan to ensure you\, your colleagues and learners are 
 prepared for inspection.\n 	identify areas that need addressing and soluti
 ons to improve them.\n 	know what to say\, what not to say and pitfalls to
  avoid\n\n\n
