The 'Inclusion' Deep Dive: A Standalone Priority\n\nInclusion is no w a core area of evaluation. Inspectors are checking if the most vulnerabl e learners are making progress comparable to their peers. This is the "cit adel of childhood/young adulthood" philosophy—if it works for the vulner able\, it works for everyone.\n\nNavigate focus: EHCP assessment and achi evement data.\n\n4. Addressing Vulnerability: The 'Fluid' Definition\n\nOf sted now views vulnerability as fluid\, not a fixed label. A learner might become vulnerable due to external factors (cost of living\, mental health ).\n\nNavigate Focus: Using real-time data to identify shifts in engageme nt before they become "At Risk" statistics.\n\n5.
