To mark the start of Mental Health Awareness Week (18th-24th May), GMLPN are excited to have partnered with TalkOut to deliver a programme of complimentary sessions for GMLPN Members, your learners and your apprentices for #ThoughtfulThursday.

TalkOut is the voice of Mental Health in the workplace and has one mission: to make it okay to not be okay in the workplace!

The free sessions are focused on the following three themes:

This is a 30-40 minute webinar which explains why we feel anxiety as a result of the impact from remote working and how this can affect our emotional wellbeing negatively.
